How Our Policy Works:

  • Upon delivery, you will have the opportunity to check and try the product while the courier is waiting at your doorstep.
  • During this time, you can inspect the quality, size, and design of the item to ensure it meets your expectations.

Important Guidelines:

  • To confirm and process your order, a 1000 EGP deposit must be sent via Instapay before shipping.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the order or delays the delivery for more than 5 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Once the courier leaves your doorstep, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed.
  • If you have any concerns or issues with the product, they must be communicated to the courier immediately during the inspection period.
