Deposit Requirement

To confirm and process your order, a 1000 EGP deposit must be sent via Instapay before shipping. This deposit will be deducted from your total order amount upon delivery.

Orders will not be processed until the deposit is received.
If the customer refuses to accept the order or delays the delivery for more than 5 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the order is successfully delivered, the deposit amount will be deducted from the total price.

Shipping Process

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • A courier will deliver the order to your specified address, and you will have the opportunity to check and try the product while the courier waits. After this, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

  • Standard Delivery : 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Egypt.

Shipping Rates

  • 110 EGP Standard Delivery within Egypt.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping details or the recipient's unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, they will be charged for return shipping fees.
