Payment Requirement

To confirm and process your order, full payment must now be made in advance via InstaPay.
Orders will only be prepared and shipped after the full amount has been transferred.

• How to Confirm Your Order

  After completing the payment through InstaPay, please send us the following on WhatsApp:

  1. A screenshot of the InstaPay transfer, and

  2. Your order number

  Once both are received, your order will be officially confirmed and prepared for shipping.

  Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be processed or shipped without full advance payment.

  • Make sure the transfer screenshot clearly shows the transaction details to avoid any delays.

Shipping Process

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
• A courier will deliver the order to your specified address, and you will have the opportunity to check and try the product while the courier waits. After this, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery : 3-5 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Egypt.

• We offer Free Shipping within Egypt.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update with the courier details.

Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping details or the recipient's unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
• If the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, they will be charged for return shipping fees.
